Delivery and Returns

We will do our best to deliver your order to you in accordance with our delivery date and timeslot. However, we cannot always guarantee that we will do so due to factors beyond our reasonable control. If that is the case we will try to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery timeslot and date. We will deliver to the address specified by you when you register with us.

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at your delivery address. We may require someone to sign for your order on delivery. That person must also satisfy all of our proof of age requirements.

If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your order is signed for by someone else we cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur as a result, for example, theft or tampering. The Christmas delivery period is from 20 December to 24 December inclusive.

Products are sold by us subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of products (particularly those on special offer) delivered to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered may jeopardise availability for other customers.

 You should check your order in full promptly on delivery. If your delivery is incomplete or includes products that you have not ordered, you must notify Customer Services promptly. We will not charge you for any products that you have not received or that you did not order.


Presently we have one store collection available. For just £2.50 you may have your order delivered to our authorised store and collect it at a time which is convenient to you.

When your order is ready to collect you will receive your unique collection code via email or text message. Bring this with you to the collection point to collect your order.

Your order will be held at the store for 10 days and can be collected at any time. Orders which are not collected will be returned to our plant and your account will be refunded. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be credited back to your account.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
